I’ve just recently started a PhD program at UC, so would love to find somewhere not too far from campus. Ideally I’m looking to be able to walk but I’d also be happy if it’s a nice bike.

I’m pretty easygoing and tidy, and I’ll usually spend my downtime going out for walks/hikes or playing games. I keep myself decently busy but it’d also be great to be able to hang some with flatmates.

I’ve got myself a good amount of bedroom furniture already so looking for unfurnished rooms that aren’t too small.
