Hi. I’m doing a PHD full-time at a research centre in Mt Albert. Ideally I want to live in or near this suburb. :) I’m looking for a bedroom (preferably with ensuite bathroom) and car park space. I don’t smoke or come with pets. Like to keep the spaces I use clean and tidy.
