Hi, I am interested to rent an accommodation, Let me introduce myself; I am a foreign languages tutor, I was in UK and lived in Greece and now I am pursuing grad studies at AUT millennium Rosedale, I am looking for a long-term rent (if yours is short-term it is fine as a start) near the area (Single room) to move starting 1st May or a bit later (I can manage a few days until move in date is available) I am sociable, clean, tidy, I pay rent in time and willing to pay a bond, I like sports and I spend most of time studying, I don’t cook much and I depend mostly on fruits and honey, and I clean after myself I don’t smoke or drink or take drugs, and I don’t have pets Please send a PM if you have a place or can refer me to one Cheers !
