Relocating to Invercargill from Hawkes Bay for work and looking for a room, preferably furnished short-term while I get to know the area and find something more permanent. I will be working and exploring most of the time but really want to find a warm house to help me acclimatize to the Southern winter! I am a homeowner so am respectful of other peoples property and definitely do my share of the housework.
