Aleesha & Sam

We generally keep to ourselves as my studies always has me swamped with research and assignments (im studying psychology) and with part-time work, sleep can overtake me and my partner Sam is self-employed with his own landscaping business which brings it own ‘sleep overtake’ with it. Outside of these commitments, we do enjoy catching up with friends and heading out together. We also have children from previous relationships that we see and stay with outside of the home which keeps us busy. We are both particular on organisation and cleanliness so wherever we are, things are kept clean and tidy to the high standards we give ourselves. I personally dont like cooking so you wont see me in the kitchen much doing that but Sam doesn’t mind and us happy to make enough for others so leftovers in the fridge will most likely be there a lot of the time for everyone. We also have one car/ute between us at the moment (in case that matters).

Overall, we are clean, tidy, quiet, dont mind a bit of socialising and have stable enough incomes, paying rent on time isnt an issue.
