A good down to earth quiet and extremely clean, observes others privacy. A superannuant with a part time job and ex live aboard motor/sail boat owner. I have recently owned and operated rural convenience store with a NZ post agency. Since that I was employed as a Armourguard security officer in the last 2 years, these required having detailed background checks done. I Have a very clean 6 year old female Kelpie with all required jabs and things. I have travelled a lot, owned properties and lived most of life in Australia. I have a good all round attitude to one and all. I cannot afford rent prices on my own, can travel anywhere for shared accommodation, preferably older persons in the same situation. Thank you, mike.
