Living close to the city in Wadestown here in this house would suit an older female or older couple, but it is only a short term let for two months. All mod cons, level access. Share energy and wifi cost. I am away most of the time. And the start date could be earlier…I am a retired female academic. Sometimes my grandchildren visit (aged 4, 5 & 6) but usually one at a time.
