My name is Victoria, I am looking for a place to rent for my self only for long term (minimum 2-3 years). I’m on search for sunny Granny flat/studio type, 1 or 2 bedroom with own toilet/shower, kitchenette, laundry and if possible all bills included, around north shore area. I live around in sunnynook for the past 7 years but need to move from my current place unfortunately. I am single but I live with my plants, I don’t smoke, I have no pets, and NO partying, cleanliness & hygiene is very important for me as I have a bad hay fever, I am not only a tidy person but I want to keep all things organised, I work as a Nurse full time, I am on my resident visa. I am looking for the right, quiet place for me to stay in as I love spending time alone, I want my privacy respected & I want to feel safe at my so called home.
