I am a business woman who is based in Australia I need to commute to NZ regularly and when I do I stay for about 2-3 weeks at a time. I’m looking for a permanent base so I can leave my work clothes toiletries etc here and just travel back and forward with hand luggage. I also have a little car so would prefer to have off street parking. I work all week and am self sufficient I would need a furnished room and a home with like minded mature people. I’m easy going and relaxed I just like to cook my dinner chill with a wine in the evening . My office is in Rosedale so need to have an easy commute
