I am an easy going guy and genuine people person. I like to think I’m funny and when I have the time I love to cook.

A lover of good food, I also like to think that I am not to bad at cooking it either. When time allows I love cooking things for others as much as I can.

I am clean, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. I enjoy being social and love a Friday arvo beer but I also value my privacy, especially when busy with work.

I own my own business, a gym in Grey Lynn called UBX Training. This is where I spend a lot of my time doing various shifts each day.

I am looking for a large room, preferably with an ensuite or own bathroom. If there was space somewhere to put a desk, that would be a bonus.

Length of stay negotiable, please feel free to ask any questions.

The only catch - I come with a lovely 2yr old cat called Pancakes. She is super friendly but likes her own space and chooses to sleep the majority of the day. Fully house trained and will come and go as she needs.
