Hello there. I’m starting a new full-time job as a Counselor in Takapuna this coming August and am looking for a flat for a 25 y/o, single, professional guy. I will be working from Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, respectful, tidy and not into parties. Hobbies includes cooking, running and exploring places. I’m sociable and would like to enjoy dinner or movie together but also enjoys privacy. I’m originally from the Philippines but moved to New Zealand, November last year. I’m currently in Paihia and will move to Takapuna as soon as my visa arrives. I’m happy to pay around $250ish per week. Thank you.
