Hi, my name is AK, and having secured a job have moved to Christchurch, New Zealand in November from Dubai, UAE. I’m a recruiter by trade, and I will be working a very standard 8-5 schedule. During the week, I normally go to bed at 11:30 and get up at 7. On weekends, I’m a night owl.
In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. Sports like football and paddle tennis are some of my interests. I also like to play pool.
I’m quite a social person, yet I also require space. I’m fine with my housemates throwing modest parties; I just want to know about them ahead of time. I’m willing to get to know you; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I’d like to do things like watch TV together on occasion and play PS5. We’re probably not a good fit if you’re not open to the notion of enjoying a meal together every now and then.
I prefer to keep common living areas tidy. When I return home from work, I clean my dishes and put my items away. To keep things organized, I’m open to the concept of a cleaning routine. We might not be the greatest fit if you can’t stand a smoker because I smoke. I can promise you, though, that I will only smoke outside and not inside.
I’m seeking an ensuite room for myself and am a decent neighbour who is quiet and pleasant and knows their boundaries. I assure to treat the property with the highest care and respect as a responsible renter with a reliable income.
