Preferablyyy seeking a self contained studio/seperate type space if you have that on offer! (if not, an ensuite/own bathroom would be ideal :) $250 is my standard budget but willing to pay more of course for a seperate space. I’d be commuting often to south & west AKL for sports, so seeking a central location (Onehunga/Royal Oak etc) just not keen on CBD or inner suburbs.

When it comes to the home, I’m really chill but value a tidy space. I come from very ‘home proud’ parents so that’s stuck with me for sure, both interior and exterior.

It’s just myself and my belongings etc so furnished w a bed at least would be amazing.
