I am a Filipino about to embark on a new journey, working in the education field. It will be my first time in NZ so I am just looking for a simple and clean room (with bed and wardrobe) and bathroom (shared is fine) to start and stay for a minimum of a year (but can extend if it works out with my flatmate/s 😊). I will be assigned in Ponsonby, so if your unit is located there or nearby areas where I can easily commute, that would be really great. Since I am still overseas, I hope you would be willing for a live virtual tour and communicate online.

I am quite a simple person who enjoys walks and runs in parks, Netflix marathons, virtual chats with family and friends, and occasional get-togethers with friends and acquaintances outside. I follow house rules and tend to keep my place clean. I respect someone’s privacy and alone time (because I do that too), but always up for some bonding time together as well 🙂.
