I’m looking to make an ‘arrangement’ with accommodation located within the Hokitika, Kaniere, Ross area. I am a professional Male, quiet, easy to get along with and travel with nil drama. I travel for work - usually Australia, with varying lengths of deployment and downtime. I’m currently in the process of building on my land South of Hokitika and a base to work from would be desirable.
