However, anywhere in Waikanae or Otaki would be considered. I need an economical long-term rental, and I am a gentle, responsible house person. While waiting for this home (my preferred outcome), I am able to house sit in the Waikanae Area. So, a mature woman, living alone. Non-smoker, no pets, no parties guaranteed. Loves trees and light gardening. Writer and thinker - loves classical music un-amplified.
