Hi, I’m interested in a 1 bedroom self contained flat. Clean and tidy. Some furnishings would be great, I have my own bedroom furniture etc. Hoping to be in Orewa close to the shops. I’m a spinal patient, with autism, on acc. Am attempting to get my own business going but am home a lot. I have been caring for 3 cats from the neighborhood who needed a place of refuge, can either remove them or pay an extra pet deposit. I have the occasional cigarette, but don’t drink or party. Am starting over, so am hoping to gain a social circle, otherwise only visitors would be family and mental health ptsd services. Sky tv is a must, if it’s not already installed, I’m happy to cover that cost. Am very clean, and I do like to paint, so some space for that would be great. It would make things easy if power, water and the internet was all combined in the rent.
