26-year-old, Irish, been in Wellington since 2023 doing my PhD. Current lease is up soon, so I’m looking for a short-term flat to last roughly until the end of my visa, this September. I can be a little bit flexible with timing.

I’m pretty much working round the clock to finish up my thesis, so I’d be quiet and do my own thing most of the time, but I do love a flat movie night, pub quiz, shared dinner and stuff like that.

I consider myself very neat and tidy. Love coffee and would be bringing my coffee machine, also love hiking and tramping, and I play guitar (electric but plugged into computer w/ headphones - not loud in the flat!)
