Hello!! My name is Matías and I am writing to you about the room you have available for rent. I’ll tell you a little about myself, I’m 33 years old and I work at Grand Millenium (following the profession I left in Uruguay, hospitality). I studied Psychology in Uruguay, so I am considered a very calm and organized boy. I have lived alone since I was 17, so I am clear about the importance of coexistence and how it is accompanied by respect, order, cleanliness and organization. I like to cook in my free time, exercise and share quality moments with other people. I am open to any questions and/or doubts that may arise. I appreciate the notice if you are still available to coordinate a visit and confirm the move with my two suitcases as soon as possible. initially looking for a room for approximately three months. I work in CBD so I would like to know the exact location to calculate the time. I spent time in Auckland to practice and learn English as well, so I’m still not very proficient in the language but I understand without a problem
