Kia Ora! I am a 22 year old student and receptionst keen to get a place in the city centre or in nearby suburbs. I love music, and I am often singing, practicing guitar or going out with friends. I also enjoy nights in, homecooked meals, snacks and movies! In my spare time, I volunteer as a youth leader at my church, and am finishing up my degree next year! I am looking for a social flat, as I want my next place to be a home, not just a house. Activities I enjoy include: Baking/ cooking together, watching shows together (and yelling at the TV), spring cleaning with some bangers playing over a speaker, going op shopping together, just doing life together :)

I’m looking for a place to move into when my lease is over at the end of Jan. Ideally I’d like to pay less than $250/wk for rent and less than $900 bond (but can be discussed and definitely willing to pay more for the right place).

I would like a relatively spacious place that is partially furnished, with an unfurnished room as I have my own bed and has some natural light. My ideal locations are Oriental Bay or Hataitai!
