Hi! I’m a mature student looking for a quiet, tidy place to call home long-term while I’m at uni. I work part time as well (full time over summer) and would like to find a long term arrangement. Allergic to cats I don’t have any pets, Non-smoker, not much of a partier — just after a calm, friendly, and respectful living situation.

Looking for a living situation that would include some garage/storage space and an ensuite/ private lounge. Or a studio-esque living/sleeping space. I don’t mind sharing bath/kitchen with other tidy flatmates.

I clean houses and do landscaping on the side, so I’d be happy to exchange cleaning or housekeeping for reduced rent if that’s an option.
