Hi! I’m a mature student looking for a quiet, tidy place to call home long-term while I’m at uni. Prefferably looking for a self-contained sleepout/ unit Allergic to cats I don’t have any pets. Non-smoker, not much of a partier — just after a calm, friendly, and respectful living situation. Also hoping to find some garage space for art and woodworking projects. Rare I know but fingers crossed!

I clean houses and do landscaping on the side, so I’d be happy to exchange cleaning or housekeeping for reduced rent if that’s an option. My budget is around $250-300/week including power and water, but if its higher I’m open to rent reduction in exchange for cleaning services
