My partner and I are looking for a 6-8 months lease before we move overseas. I work as a night manager in Eliza’s Manor and my partner work for NZDF. We own our own property on Manchester Street that is an Airb&b at the moment. We are looking for a rental close by to our house so, that we are able to clean it in the mornings. We are responsible and tidy couple and we consider ourselves as a strong applicants. We also have a small dog - Pomeranian, who is a well trained easy going pet.
