Just putting it out there again as I really need to find a place to see if anyone knows of a kind and inclusive flat around the Hillcrest or Silverdale area (ideally queer-friendly, neurodivergent-friendly and generally friendly) with a room available to rent for around $180 pw. I don’t drive, so easy walking distance to Hillcrest New world would be ideal. Am a little bit new to flatting so not completely sure how to approach things, but am a mid-20s University tutor, supermarket worker and prospective Masters’ student looking for a place. Am a non-smoker with a love of animals but don’t come with any of my own.
