I’m a 21 year old Paramedicine student hoping to find a home in late Jan/early Feb to further pursue my studies. I’m moving up from Hamilton and am looking to find a flat preferably in Manukau. I am a friendly and respectful gal who has experience living in flats. I always like to keep a clean and tidy space, especially within communal areas and don’t mind doing my share of the chores. I love to do my own thing but simultaneously also enjoy socialising! Looking for a place at around $230 with bills and utilities included, but am willing to pay more for the perfect flat (especially if there’s an ensuite available.) 😊
