I’m looking for a new place to call home in the North Shore area (between Birkdale, Northcote, Glenfield). I’m hoping to find a relaxed, friendly, and creative space with a good balance of social vibes and personal downtime. I’m in my early 30s, working full-time. I don’t smoke, pay rent on time, and I genuinely know how to clean up after myself. I really value a tidy, peaceful home. When I’m not working, I like cooking, baking, getting creative, or getting outdoors. I’m down for a casual drink, a games night, or a BBQ, but I also love my own space and completely respect others’ need for quiet time too. I’m looking for a good-sized bedroom (unfurnished), a decent kitchen with appliances, and ideally some green space/a backyard.
