My girlfriend and I are very quiet and kind roommates and tenants. We don’t party, we never play loud music, however, we do host board game and movie nights sometimes. We can provide great refrences. We always pay our rent and bills on time, and are very mature and friendly. We often deliver baked good to our landlord because we have a habit of making too many sweet treats!

We don’t own a cat, but there may be a small chance of adopting one in the future. It’s not concrete so we have no issue pushing the thought away and living happily in a ‘no pets’ house :)
