My name is Ashraf, and I have a keen interest in renting a room located on the Waltham/Opawa/St Martins/Woolston in Christchurch. I am 30 years old. I’ve been in NZ for 3 months since July. I will be in working as a WInd Technician in Christchurch for a fixed term, which is why I am looking for a new flat.

I am particularly interested in the room you are renting out because of the nearby amenities, and the relatively short commute to my office in Woolston, near The Tannery. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socialising, sometimes I like a place that is homely and have a little privacy during work days. I do enjoy cooking too.
