I am an easy going and relatable person. I have a polite respectful nature.
I enjoy the company of others and have a good sense of humour. I have agreed shared care of my son who visits me two to three times a week, he is also has a polite and humorous personality and is easy to get along with.

Both myself and my son are clean and tidy and take responsibility for ourselves. I come with great references from the previous landlord. Ideally would like a 2 or 3 bedroom rental for $300 - $400 a week.
