Since my girlfriend and I are new to this city, we have had trouble making friends and finding a place. We are a friendly, non-partying couple who like keeping things tidy, listening well to others, and being respectful of others’ opinions. We would be more than willing to comply with any request made by the landlord or property owner. We were looking for something fresh and something that would help us get back in tandem. We appreciate putting others at ease, we pay our rent on time, we’re receptive to honest feedback, and we would welcome the opportunity.
