Hi. Im looking for a friendly and peaceful person to share my small home. My current art room/creative space can accommodate a Queen bed and has a singie wardrobe. Would suit a minimalist. This home is inclusive and open but rarely has visitors. Not that I mind them. I just don’t know a lot of people in Christchurch these days. My son is late twenties and now working, has a key and often pops in for breakfast or dinner before or after work. But is the type that loves Mum cooking but eats and runs lol. The home has a shared bathroom and toilet. Washing machine and washing line and a drier if needed in winter. There is a heat pump for winter. There is a large pantry and fridge freezer and a plethora of kitchen gadgets as I like to cook and I hope you enjoy these also,

I’m looking for a person to share who is mature like me and is easy going, honest and open. I have worked as a Nurse for many years and I would prefer someone to be stable. Although not a family home this is a family environment where friends and family are free to visit bearing in mind it’s a small place so not a late night or party place by design, I’m not immune to the odd dinner part or Bbq. I . hope this gives a good description and it would be nice to meet you, ps I don’t have photos as I’m not clearing the room until I secure a person to house share.

Ps light weeding /gardening and cleaning is shared responsibility. There will be garage space for a bike and some personal effects. I am not organised yet but there will be room for belongings
