Hey, I’m Jordyn, a 22 year old final year medical student. I’m looking for a homely flat in the Ponsonby/Grey Lynn/Morningside areas as I’ll be working full time split between North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals. Budget around the $300 mark, flexible for the right spot. I’m after a nice, clean and tidy flat that is social while respecting personal space. I enjoy pretending I know how to surf, skiing, reading and photography, and love a good coffee. I’m not a massive partier, don’t smoke, vape or do any drugs.
