Looking for two rooms near Avondale, New Lynn or Mt Albert. I will be busy with work and dance studies most of the time. My good friend will be working and pursuing performing arts opportunities. We both enjoy shared meals or other activities with my flatmates on occasion, but happy to do our own thing most of the time too. Keen for a semi social flat with good conversation and guests over sometimes, but not really keen to be in a party flat, as also enjoy quiet time in our rooms to rest and recharge.
