I’m a 54yo male roofer. No dependents other than my 5yo dog, a well behaved boxer cross who goes to work with me every day and sleeps in my truck at night. Happy for all my bills to be set up online…I’ve never ben late with rent/rates/power/wifi/gas/etc. I’ve done all my party flats era and am a quiet, respectful tenant who’s clean and tidy and does all his chores.
