Sam & Liam

Hello, we’re Sam and Liam from Canada here on a one year working holiday. We already live and work in Queenstown, but Hanleys Farm is a bit too far from town and work for us considering we take public transit. So we are hoping to relocate somewhere more convenient and we love Fernhill location! Very friendly, personable and mindful people who are considerate of others. When we share spaces, we make sure we contribute to chores, always keeping our space clean and tidy. We are excellent communicators, approachable, respectful and easy going, chill individuals. At home we are quiet, calm and love a peaceful vibe as we watch movies cook meals etc. We love a good chat, BBQ, but we respect your space and time alone at the same time as we appreciate that too. We are mature, non smokers, don’t party, but we do enjoy a glass of wine or beer from time to time, mostly out on the town. Very outdoorsy and focus on the positives. We also work full time outside of the home- happy to share where when we chat! It is important for us to find the right fit so we can all enjoy the home comfortably! :)
