I am a Community Health and Support student in my 30s, female, looking for a private, furnished room/flat (with a bed and wardrobe at least, but if also have a study table would be nice), and can use kitchen facility with a budget around 200 NZD/week.

I’m tidy, respectful, and quiet but can make friend and join some activities.

Preferred locations around New Lynn (not over 35 mins by bus would be great)

Accommodation near a bus stop is preferable.
