Started a business in carpentry and have been operating it for over 3 years now. This requires high standards of professional skills and commitment. Off the tools I still show tidiness and have been flatting since the age of 18 so I am aware of living with others with there rules. I have also lived and worked in the UK for two years, now back in Dunedin i am starting a plumbing trade starting on the 26/02. I need a place to stay asap.
