Iām a Filipino and Civil Engineer Professional Full Time worker looking for a flat room to stay. Preferable location is walking distance at the square.
A bit in myself: I like to keep my place clean and tidy and generally enjoy a quiet environment but Iām open minded to hanging out / having meals whenever the flat is up for it.
But my target move in date will be on 1st or 2nd week of April next month as my working visa is still on process right now. And that target date is my estimated date that will be approved my working visa, hoping for it.
