Professional Electronics Development Engineer in full time employment moving to Christchurch for a new job. Non-smoker, no pets, quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, and responsible.

Partner works in hospitality, and joining me a week or two later.

We have lived with flatmates aged 17 to 43 for a few years already, and understand the need to share chores and pay in full on time every time.

Looking for a place to call home. Ideally, a room that is furnished, but would be keen for unfurnished in a nice place with good flatmates. Would be great to have space for a computer screen.

Happy to socialise or keep to ourselves. Keen to participate in flat dinners, games evenings, BBQ, etc. if that’s a thing at your place. Also happy to help with chores such as taking out rubbish, cleaning the toilet, and vacuuming.

Outside of work, I enjoy nature photography, play badminton, and tutor maths and physics to school students, while my partner cycles, runs and reads a lot of books and online.
