I am 26 from Christchurch, working at Parliament. I have an intense job, so really would love a place close to work where I can relax after a long day. Iā€™m a bit of a home-body, especially during the winter months, hence why having a cosy and warm place is essential for me. I am clean tidy and respectful and love to be social when I get the chance.

I have a number of things that keep me busy/occupied outside of work, and sometimes I travel home to Christchurch for a weekend.

I have been involved in managing properties and fully comprehend how to care for another persons property.
