Looking for a room in either Hastings or Havelock North, may consider places in Napier depending on the flatties and the rent. Ideally looking to spend around $250 a week all-inclusive, but again this can be negotiable for the right place. A bit about myself, I’m a 25-year-old health professional, currently working full-time at Hawkes Bay Hospital. Always punctual when it comes to rent/bill payments, and value a clean tidy space so wouldn’t need to worry about picking up after me. In terms of hobbies I’m an active guy, spend a lot of time at the gym, going for runs and playing golf⛳️have also picked up a guitar once or twice and can bang out Wonderwall if push comes to shove. I’m pretty sociable, spend a lot of time out of the house catching up with mates, but always keen to get to know new people and spin a yarn with the flatties if that’s what you’re into.
