My name is John Ma, and I am a recent graduate currently in search of employment opportunities. I am 24 years old and am looking to rent a place starting from around April 23rd for approximately four weeks.

I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol. I do not have any pets, although I’m an animal person. I’m willing to maintaining a tidy living space and will ensure that the rented property is kept in excellent condition.

In terms of personality, I consider myself to be friendly and respectful. I am willing to follow the house rules and regulations and will always be punctual with rent payments.
