Hi there! I am a mature, fully employed 38y male. I am also starting a contracting business, so this means I won’t be spending loads of time on the couch. I like to have a kitchen bench, bathroom, toilet and bedroom.

I enjoy cooking, hitting the gym, archery, my dog Hanner, hiking, and the outdoors/nature. Hanner is a Huntaway x Heading dog. She is more Heading dog - so she is quiet, intelligent, medium sized. She loves pats and leaning on people she likes. She is house trained, Kiwi avian awareness trained, and I trained her for 15 months from a 4wk old pup. She listens well and is fine with all animals.

Hanner and I are a pair and we are active, so happy to go on walks, tramps, and beach missions!

I pay rent on time and am respectful of other people’s opinions, all the while enjoying learning different points of view through open conversations. I’d like to find a home with a relaxed feeling, and friendly & considerate people to share living with.
