Hi there! I’m a 30-year-old, Indian, female, registered nurse starting a new role in Auckland on August 10th. I’ve been living in NZ for nearly 10 years, so I am very well-versed in shared flatting dynamics. I am looking for a warm, clean, and tidy home to settle into long-term in Greenlane or nearby areas.

About Me: I am an ambivert—I love a good chat, sharing a casual meal, and being social, but I also deeply respect everyone’s privacy and love retreating to my “cocoon” to study, read, or wind down after a long shift. I am a strict non-smoker and non-drinker. In my spare time, I love swimming, being out in nature, being creative and exploring new hobbies.

Flatting Style: I treat my flat like my own home—I take full responsibility for my share of chores, value a spotless kitchen/bathroom, and prefer a peaceful, respectful household over a party house. I have excellent references from previous landlords and flatmates ready to provide.

My Needs:

–Budget: $200 - $300 per week.

–Move-in Date: Weekend of 1st August (I am currently overseas).

–Pets: I have a severe cat allergy, so the home must be completely cat-free (but I absolutely love dogs!).

–Parking: I have a car, so safe, easy street parking or an off-street spot is essential.
