Looking for a self-contained studio or granny flat 🏡 (Hibiscus Coast / Silverdale / Orewa /Whangaparaoa) Hi everyone! I’m Rafa, 43, a life coach and hypnotherapist who helps other women make bold moves in life. I run my own business from home, and I’m out on the coast three days a week for some side work. I live a healthy lifestyle, I don’t drink, smoke, or vape, and I really value a quiet, clean, peaceful home. I’m easygoing, respectful, and communicate clearly and honestly, which I think makes living or being a tenant really smooth for everyone involved. I’m looking for my own self-contained space, a studio or granny flat, somewhere calm I can call my sanctuary. My budget is around $300 a week including bills. I know that’s not quite realistic for the market right now, but it’s what I can honestly offer at the moment.
