Hi I am Jane a young 65 year old. I am a very honest, respectful and tidy person, don’t smoke and lead a quiet life. My rent would be paid on time. I am police checked through the nanny agency that I have been with for 13 years.

Looking for a Room to Rent on a Casual Basis I’m wondering if there is anyone who would consider renting out a room on a casual, as-needed basis.

I’m sometimes away house-sitting, so I don’t need a room full-time. I’m looking for somewhere I can stay when I’m in the area, and I would only pay for the nights I actually stay.

I wouldn’t leave any of my belongings at the property when I’m away, so the room would be free for other use during those times.

I don’t need cooking facilities, as I’m happy to have frozen meals. I would just need a little freezer space to store them.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has a spare room and would be open to a flexible arrangement rather than a standard, ongoing rental.

I realise this is a little different from a usual room rental, but I thought it was worth asking in case it might suit someone.
