I’m Brián (pronounced Brearn) a 25-year-old female looking to rent a furnished room. I’m coming up from Christchurch and am bringing my car, so am looking for a place that has parking available.
I am a graduate student who is starting their professional career. I have secured a full-time job in Remuera and am looking for somewhere close by. I will be working from 8:30am to 5pm 5 days a week. I am a quiet person, very tidy and organised, easygoing and get on well with everyone.
I’m looking for somewhere I can stay long term. I am starting my new job on the 27th May and will arrive in Auckland around the 24th of May. At my current flat, where I rent a room, I have never missed a rent payment and have always paid on time; I have lived at my current location for over 3 years. I am also a non-smoker and don’t drink.
In my free time I like to go to the gym, watch documentaries/movies/TV shows, and go for walks.
