Myself ( Father ) and my 16 yr student son who is also attending the Phoenix academy are looking for place to stay so I can help support my son with his studies and academy journey. Either self contained or renting 2 bedrooms. I would look after / cook for my son of course and together commit to house chores etc. Would need decent internet as I work from home. We are kind off busy, private people but friendly and easy going. Budget <= 400 for 2 bed rooms / or the self contained unit.. Thank you.
