Hello, my name is Max I am a full-time and friendly STUDENT, Social butterfly🦋

And an academically high achiever.📝

I am looking for a sociable flat by the 23rd of April, close by to the local UCOL campus or one that’s close to a bus stop to get there because:

✅️I don’t have a car, so won’t need a parking space.

✅️I also don’t have any pets but there are pets at my current property so for that reason I’d also like to mention;

✅️I am pet friendly.

✅️I’m a singleton

💰 I collect the MSD Supported Living payment as income, rather than assisted living through Studylink.

🍻I don’t drink

🚬I don’t smoke cigarettes but do vape

✅️I’m not against people for if they do either as long as everyone is respectful of their own spaces.☺️

✅️I’m not a party person, but am willing to adapt if that’s more your style.

My ideal flatting situation would be:

💚Cozy

💚Value an equal shared responsibility, for a clean/tidy environment

💚 A possible cleaning roster in place

💚Regular house meetings

💚Opportunities to socialize

💚I don’t care much for a BIIIG yard, as I understand in busy lives those can be difficult to maintain

💚 But I would be over the moon happy if there is a small garden or even a raised garden bed. 😁

💚LGBT friendly as I’m in the rainbow 🌈 community 🌟 🤩

I prefer to do a quiet clean on my own accord, Sunday’s after church (Christian), if that works for anyone? I am a very resourceful person as I occasionally like to grow my own crops (mainly brocolli, lettuce and Spinach.) I’m a very artsy person.

As for my schedule: I’m available most afternoons (between 4-9pm, in bed by 10:30) When i am not in course📒,

Gaming on my console or down at the local Timezone arcade, 🎮

I like to quietly enjoy doing a bit of art. (Freehand, Digital designing and painting.) 🖊

I likewise exercise my self expression through wall displays, ☺️(I won’t use any nails if the landlord disagrees with it. ) 😳

I occasionally like to go for a splash down at the Lido,

Go to the silky otter movies, 🎬 To watch a good horror 😈 or Rom-Com.

I’m quite the foodie - I spend a fair share of time baking or cooking 🍳 in the kitchen ☺️

I won’t bring friends over, right away and will give notice if I do, in which case they are likely any of the 3 (current) flatmates I have that I’ve become best friends to.
