Hi! I’m a PhD student at Massey University and have been living in Auckland for about 1.5 years. I’m currently looking for a master room in Albany, preferably with gas cooking. My budget is within $300 per week, including bills.

I’m clean, respectful, and have a regular routine and quiet lifestyle. I don’t smoke or party, and I usually spend most of my time studying or at university. I always keep shared areas clean and tidy after use.

I’m responsible, pay rent on time, and have previous flatting experience. I really value a peaceful, tidy, and comfortable living environment, and would love to live with friendly flatmates who also respect each other’s space.
