Kia ora, This is Monica from Seoul, S. Korea :) I’m studying Nursing in UNITEC. Looking for a flatshare for at least 6 months to more. I don’t smoke, no pet with me, pretty much tidy and sociable, while perfectly respecting your private life. Also, I’ve been running my own airbnb/flatshare house in the middle of Seoul for years, so I can say I’m experienced enough sharing a house with others. I enjoy cooking, so as long as we agree on that, sometimes I might treat/invite you to my meal :) I prefer somewhere with good access to UNITEC(in Henderson), I can have my own separate bathroom, enough space in the bedroom, and even better with enough space in the fridge. Preferably not much of a party house, no furry friends. (I love them, but living together is another thing..) Thank you!
